Worship is focused upon God and not man. Most people would agree that God is the One we worship. The real question is which God, and how do we worship in a way that pleases Him! Someone has said, "God created man in his own image, and now man has returned the favor." Man has a tendency to create a "god" that resembles himself.

At BBC, we believe that God is holy, and that true worship begins with that reality. Worship is not about creating a "god" that meets our felt need, but rather seeing God in all His holiness, and therefore, seeing ourselves as we truly are. Such was the experience of Isaiah in chapter six.

Worship causes us to respond to our sin in light of God's absolute holiness. Once we have been cleansed from our sin, worship propels us into the world to make disciples. At BBC, we are seeking to glorify God in our worship at the church campus, and to glorify Him through our service within the community and world!

Our worship services can be seen on Charter cable #196 on Sunday mornings at 10:30 a.m. and streaming live on our website here. We also have sermons archived. Just click the "archived sermons" link under "Sunday services."

In 2015, the music ministry of BBC began the Broadway Music Academy.  This program is designed to offer students an excellent beginning in music education in a Christ-centered environment.  Additionally, we offer music lessons at a reduced rate for children of church members.  We have started by offering piano lessons, and continue to evaluate adding other instrumental instruction as the need arises. If you are interested in taking part of the BMA, contact the church office at (865) 982-6012 or email our worship pastor here.
