Unstoppable: Our Ascended Lord Jesus

Acts is a most adventurous book to study; it is riveting and full of action! Jesus took the disciples on a field trip to the Mount of Olives where He gave them their last-minute instructions concerning the "mission" of the church, and then it happened.

Jesus went home! Few doctrines are less emphasized in the Christian church today than the doctrine of the ascension.

This morning we will explore two things: the historical event recorded in Scripture and the glorious blessings of having an ascended Lord Jesus in heaven.
