Our Staff

Tony joined the BBC staff in 2009. He's been in pastoral ministry for over 40 years. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Christian Ministry and Religion from Liberty University and a Master of Divinity degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He was awarded a Doctor of Divinity from Toronto Baptist Seminary & Bible College in 2012. He's committed to growing the church through a strong pulpit ministry, and he's faithful to proclaim the truth of God's Word, going verse by verse through books of the Bible. Tony and his wife Janey have been married since 1979. They have two sons and four grandchildren.

"For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek" (Romans 1:16 NASB1995).

Steve joined the BBC staff in 2024. He has over 40 years of ministry experience, including pastoral roles in Florida, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Steve earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of North Florida and a Master of Divinity degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Steve and his wife Stella have been married since 1976. They have one son, two daughters, and nine grandchildren.

"The Spirit and the bride say, 'Come.' And let the one who hears say, 'Come.' And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost" (Revelation 22:17 NASB1995).

Dudley joined the BBC staff in 2021. He earned a law degree and a master's degree from the University of Alabama. He's served in various ministries, including youth ministry, ESL ministry, Evangelism Explosion, Child Evangelism Fellowship, and short-term missions. He's also served as an elder for over 30 years. His family joined BBC soon after moving to Blount County; he's grateful to God for providing a welcoming church home where Christ is exalted and the gospel is proclaimed. In his role at BBC, he oversees discipleship opportunities for adults. Dudley and his wife Julie have been married since 1992. They have three sons, three daughters, and two grandchildren.

"But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us" (2 Corinthians 4:7 NKJV).

Chaz joined the BBC staff in 2021. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from Boyce College. At BBC, he oversees ministry opportunities for middle school students and high school students, as well as outreach activities in the local community. Chaz and his wife Maggie have been married since 2023. They have one daughter.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration: Management from Texas A&M University, and he earned a Master of Divinity degree from Gateway Seminary (formerly known as Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary). He's a retired United States Air Force Reserve Chaplain. He's passionate about partnering with families to disciple children for the glory of God. Job and his wife Aimee have been married since 2006. They have one son and two daughters.

"And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 ESV).

"For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God" (2 Corinthians 5:21 ESV).

Craig joined the BBC staff in 2025. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville. He and his wife served in various ministries at BBC for 19 years before moving to Papua New Guinea to serve as missionaries with Ethnos360. For the next 13 years, they served in various roles at the mission support center outside Goroka. In 2024, they relocated to Tennessee; they're thankful and excited to serve at their home church again. Craig and his wife Marcy have been married since 1992. They have two sons.
 
"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them" (Ephesians 2:10 ESV).

Grant joined the BBC staff in 2016. He earned a music degree from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville. That's where he first began to sense God's call to music ministry. He started attending BBC in 2013, and he joined the staff a few years later. He oversees the worship ministry, including the adult choir, children’s choir, praise team, and orchestra. Grant and his wife Lauren have been married since 2022.
