Membership - Is it Biblical?

Who is the church? The church is a community of "called-out" ones; it is comprised of regenerate, born-again believers, who have received the forgiveness of sin and the grace of God which brings salvation based upon the merit of Christ's atoning work on the cross and have been sent out into the world to be witnesses of the reality of Christ's redeeming grace. This is a visible and invisible reality or a universal and local reality!
