This morning we return to chapter 18 and continue the narrative concerning the arrest and crucifixion of Jesus. This morning we also shared the Lord’s Supper together! These two realities are by divine arrangement.
John records, on two occasions, the most striking prophetic word coming from a most unlikely source. The author mentions in 18:14 a statement made by Caiaphas during an emergency council meeting concerning the rise of popularity concerning Jesus among the people. (11:47-57)
