The Tale of Two Kingdoms

The night Jesus was arrested in the garden, He was paraded before Annas, Caiaphas the high Priest, before the Sanhedrin, sent to Pilate, then to Herod, and back to Pilate. He was treated shamefully, cruelly, and yet He suffered it to be so to fulfill God’s redemptive plan.

During the time of Christ, most trials involving criminal procedure took weeks, if not months, to complete. But the trials Jesus was subjected to were completed within nine hours of His arrest!
