Trials to Temptations

Last week we discovered the wonderful reality that for the believer, the child of God, every trial has purpose and being used by God to prove, test and perfect our faith. Today we will learn that when we respond inappropriately to the trial, then the enemy can turn the trial/test into a temptation.
Note: The same Greek word in the text, peirasmos (noun) and peirazo (verb) can be translated as either test, try or tempt. The context determines the author’s meaning.
