The Superiority of Jesus: Don't Neglect the Gospel

In chapter 2, the writer makes a powerful application of his argument in chapter 1. Since Christ is infinitely superior to the angels, so must His message (the gospel) transcend theirs (the law). Anyone who neglects the gospel is infinitely guilty, more than those who rejected Moses' law. How can such people escape the wrath of God? There are three crucial things that will guard against neglecting such a great salvation.
